Payment and Prices
The individual and current total price of your order will be shown when you navigate to the checkout, and this will include any potential shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods: Paypal, Klarna, MasterCard, Visa, Invoice.
Delivery and returns
Delivery
Weight-based shipping costs within the Nordic region. Delivery within 2–5 days to your nearest collection point. The shipping costs will be shown when making your purchase.
The delivery terms are also provided at the checkout, under each delivery method. If no terms are given, the delivery time is 10 days. If one item has a different delivery time, this will be announced next to the item in question. If any delivery delays occur, we will inform you by email. As a customer, you will always have the right to cancel your purchase due to delivery delays. We will do all we can to fulfil your order. There may be instances in which it is impossible to fulfil your order, for example if our supplier or shipping agent cannot fulfil their commitment to us. We retain the right to exempt ourselves from any responsibility to compensate the customer in instances of delivery delays.
For B2B customers - shipping costs will be added to the invoice
Returns
Returns must be sent at your own cost, unless the item is defective. Returns must be sent as a letter or packet, not as cash on delivery. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
We adhere to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and you therefore have the right to return any ordered goods.. You can change your mind on a purchase by informing us within 14 days of having received your order. The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition and in the original wrapping.
If you have handled or used the item to a greater extent than necessary to establish its qualities or functionality, and this has led to the value of the item being lower on return than it was when delivered, we have the right to retain an amount equivalent to the item’s decrease in value from the amount returned to you. The amount of the decrease in value will be established on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
If you utilize your right to change your mind, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of the day we received the item. Note that you must pay the return costs yourself when sending the item back.
