GDPR

The Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR, applies to all companies operating within the EU and exists to ensure the safe handling of personal data. As a company, we are responsible for the personal data of customers, employees and suppliers being handled in accordance with the law.

The company receives personal data in connection with customers placing orders in our webshop or writing to our email. We save this information in order to be able to deliver ordered products and to be able to assist the customer with order history in case of later contact. Personal data is saved in our financial system (Fortnox as well as paper copies in folders of placed orders/delivery notes which are kept in locked storage). According to current accounting rules, accounting records are kept for 7 years after which they are destroyed. Personal data found in the orders is saved for the corresponding period of time.

If an individual wishes to have the data removed before the time has expired, the person concerned must contact the company at info@careva.se.
The personal data is handled by personnel responsible for invoicing, stock/delivery and bookkeeping. Responsible for the data being handled according to law is the company's CEO.
